She advises and assists clients in the prosecution, registration and protection of intellectual property rights, such as: trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial models and designs and copyrights. She is also specialized in all issues related to domain names and social networks, trade secrets, confidential information, advertising and entertainment law. Her practice also focuses on the intellectual property transactional work (audits, due diligence, licensing processes, transfer of technology, etc.) and litigation. She has served as counsel in numerous court cases, the great majority of them with successful outcome. She has attended and made presentations at domestic and international seminars, workshops and conferences organized by Intellectual Property professional associations, namely: INTA, ASIPI, AIPPI and AAAPI, among others. She is author of several works related to IP issues. She currently serves as a member of the Designs Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and of the Intellectual Property Institute of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (C.P.A.C.F.). He is in charge of the files’ management and, as such, executes and supervises the filing, monitoring and maintenance of trademarks, models, designs and patents.

He keeps a fluid and constant communication channel with clients and provides them with periodical reports on each stage of the registration process.

He is a professor at the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires, where he teaches “Reading and understanding legal texts in a foreign language”, a compulsory subject in the curriculum for the law degree.
